Graduate Development Programme

Our graduate development programme is entitled Operations Co-ordinator (Ops). This role is a fundamental part of the future success as a consultant. It offers a solid grounding and opportunity to develop, with a high proportion of our most successful leaders advancing their careers through this programme.

Ops start front of house; with exposure to clients, candidates and their colleagues. The role initially involves day to day operational duties, with opportunities to be involved in ad-hoc projects and company events. After three to six months, Ops are in the position to make an informed decision of which specialist division they want to join. Once offered by an established team, they can make the transition to a trainee consultant.

Upon joining a team, trainee consultants have access to ongoing training and support from our Learning Academy, colleagues and Team Leaders, with the advantage of already knowing company operations and their collegues on the internal market.

We are always interested in receiving applications from strong individuals with entrepreneurial flair and the desire to exceed expectations. Our most successful consultants are currently earning in excess of £100k. We have Graduate Development opportunities available across the UK, Paris and Brussels.
