Private PA/Family Assistant

Urgently seeking a Driving, Private PA/Family Assistant to work for a high powered business couple with teenager girls. 

Required to work 4 days out of house/1 day remote on Fridays

Overseeing a busy household:

  • diary, appointments
  • daily admin, errand
  • tutors, children's activities 
  • scheduling various parties/events
  • managing a small team of domestic staff
  • payroll, accounts etc
  • dealing with suppliers, orders, interior design

All Private PAs applying must have previous experience working for a busy individual/family privately, excellent computer skills, lots of energy and be a natural self-starter.  Accuracy, efficiency and an upbeat, warm disposition essential.  You will need to be familiar with working in a private household setting, alongside children, staff members and a loveable dog!

Some occasional travel to weekend residence in Hampshire required.
