Housekeeping Manager – Mayfair, London with International Travel

Salary: £65,000

Are you a highly professional Housekeeping Manager looking to  join a prestigious UHNW private household based in Mayfair, with international travel required several times per year?

If so, this could be the perfect job for you. 

This role calls for a meticulous and proactive individual who can lead and inspire a housekeeping team while ensuring flawless standards across multiple residences. Reporting directly to the Estate Manager, you will take full responsibility for delivering a seamless, discreet, and consistently high level of service.

Working hours are structured across an 8-hour shift pattern (8:00–16:00 / 10:00–18:00 / 11:00–19:00) within a 7-day operational rota. One weekend only required to work a month.

Overseeing:

  • Household Standards & Operations
  • Team Leadership
  • Organisation & Planning
  • Travel & Multi-Residence Coordination
  • Laundry & Wardrobe Oversight
  • Health & Safety
  • Collaboration with Estate Manager and wider household team

Ideally suit:

  • Experienced Housekeeping Manager or Head Housekeeper from a UHNW private household or luxury hospitality background.
  • A discreet, service-driven approach with strong leadership and team management skills
  • Outstanding organisational ability and attention to detail
  • Confidence in scheduling, planning, and prioritising workloads
  • Clear and professional communication at management level
  • Flexibility to work weekends and travel internationally when required
  • In-depth knowledge of luxury materials and specialist cleaning techniques

Personal Qualities:

All Head Housekeepers, Housekeeping Managers applying must be proactive with a hands-on solution-focused, calm attitude. All Housekeepers applying must demonstrate a committment to maintaining exceptionally high standards
