Working for a top VIP Private Family Office you will be responsible for all Private Jet/Yacht/Security logistics for a high net-worth family
Based 5 days a week in the London office you will report to the Senior EA and Executive Team, overseeing all logistics, operations and security around travel.
All applicants applying must have previous experience having worked before for a private family office overseeing travel, been a Tour/Yacht Operator or have some history dealing daily with private travel. This must be clearly evident on your CV otherwise you will not be considered for the job.
• Role will be liaising with the Captain/Crew on his yacht regarding schedules, itineraries, guests
• Logistics around private jet, all flights- trip sheets, liaising with ground control, passport control
• Manage 2 chauffeurs
• Booking security if travelling in a high-risk country
Required to work 9-6pm.
60K plus benefits – bonus, private health, dental, gym
