Fluent Russian Private PA

If you are a fluent Russian Private PA, ideally with 2 years PA experience looking to work for an exciting CEO, in a fun, fast-paced environment, this could be the perfect job for you. Degree preferable but not essential.

We are looking to hire a fluent English & Russian (written & spoken) Private PA, happy with some Business EA duties, but primarily focusing on being a Private PA; personal/business diary, international travel, household staff, appointments, personal shopping etc.  Lots of co-ordination required in this role, so all PAs need to be confident at producing very detailed, accurate itineraries.

This job requires a huge amount of very bespoke personal research, from sourcing an obscure object to finding the best restaurant abroad for a personal celebration.  Therefore, we are seeking an energetic, enthusiastic Russian speaking PA with a natural interest in culture and the arts, who has their finger on the pulse of current trends.   Working in a fast-moving environment, where schedules often change last minute, this PA is required to make quick, intelligent decisions, remaining calm at all times. Ideally suitable for a level-headed, highly professional PA who wants a diverse role that focuses on arranging, sourcing and co-ordinating the personal life of a high net-worth boss.

Some business PA duties required so all PAs applying must have excellent spelling and IT skills and be tech savvy.  No 2 days are ever the same so this PA must be able to pivot easily between tasks, prioritising effectively. This role might suit a PA who has previously worked as either a Private PA, for an entrepreneur, in media or events management.

Paying 45-50K, depending on experience, this will suit a Junior Private PA with some PA experience, looking to hone their skills, working for a dynamic but sometimes demanding boss with diverse interests. Massive scope to learn for a career hungry PA.
