A warm, friendly, professional but down-to-earth UHNW family based in Holland Park, West London is seeking an outstanding Live-out Housekeeper.

This is a full-time position in a well-run, informal yet highly professional household. The family of four—Mum, Dad, and their two polite teenage daughters—value privacy, discretion, and exceptionally high standards of presentation in their beautiful, seven-storey London home.

You’ll be joining a team that includes a full-time PA, private Chef, and a separate countryside-based Housekeeper/PA for the family’s weekend residence. The right candidate will be proactive, meticulous, and able to work independently, while also being a great team player with a can-do attitude.

Key Responsibilities:

• Daily Housekeeping: Ensure all rooms are spotless, well-presented, and inviting at all times.
• Deep Cleaning: Regular rotational cleaning, including delicate surfaces and hard-to-reach areas.
• Laundry & Wardrobe: Expert garment care including ironing, steaming, handwashing, stain removal, and seasonal wardrobe rotation.
• Linen & Towels: Maintain hotel-level presentation and cleanliness of bed and bath linens.
• Stock & Organisation: Manage household supplies and maintain orderly storage throughout.
• Pet Care: Occasional dog walks (optional), depending on your interest and availability.
• Errands & Liaison: Assist the PA with local errands and receive deliveries or tradespeople.
• Event Support: Assist with light preparations and clean-up for occasional family gatherings.
• Care of Interiors: Knowledgeable cleaning and care for fine furnishings, antiques, and artworks.
• Collaboration: Work harmoniously with the family’s PA, Chef, and countryside staff to ensure seamless household operations.
