We are seeking a highly skilled, ex-yachting House Manager/Head Housekeeper to take charge of a brand-new luxury residence in London, owned by international VIP clients accustomed to the highest standards of service.
This is a unique opportunity for a proactive and polished individual to step into a key leadership role.
You will initially assist with daily Head Housekeeping duties while overseeing and managing a team of 3 housekeepers. As the household becomes fully operational, you will transition into a full House Manager role — responsible for the smooth running of the residence and maintaining a yacht-level standard of service throughout.
Requirements for the Role:
- Experience in high-end private households (1–2 years preferred)
- Strong background in yachting (essential)
- Impeccable attention to detail and service mindset
- Highly organised, discreet, and well-presented
- Proven ability to manage, train and lead a small team
- Ability to liaise with principals and external service providers with professionalism
Ideal suitable for:
- A Junior House Manager, Head Housekeeper, or Head of Residence Operations professional transitioning from yachting to land-based private service
