A warm and welcoming private family based in Westminster is seeking an experienced Daily Housekeeper to help maintain their home to a high standard. The family has two young daughters and is looking for someone who enjoys being part of a lively household while bringing professionalism, structure, and care to the home. Some cooking required and occasional babysitting but permanent nanny already in situ.
Preferred working days: Tuesday–Saturday or Wednesday–Sunday, all housekeepers applying must be happy to work 1 day at a weekend minimum
Hours: Full-time, 8am - 6pm
Responsibilities:
- Full housekeeping duties, including cleaning, tidying, laundry, and wardrobe management
- Maintaining a well-organised, smooth-running home at consistently high standards
- Family-style cooking (occasional)
- Supporting the family during visits from guests and children's playdates
- Light engagement with the children — playing with them and being a warm, friendly presence (note: this is not a nanny role)
- Ability to travel with the family occasionally

- Highly experienced in private-household housekeeping
- Trustworthy, discreet, and proactive
- Strong attention to detail and pride in delivering high-quality work
- Warm, positive, and genuinely enjoys being around children
- Flexible and comfortable within a family environment
- Confident and willing to travel when needed
