A rare and exciting opportunity for a recent academic graduate (ideally with a 2:1 or First-Class degree from a leading university) to begin a career as a Private Personal Assistant within a  private family home office based in Kensington. You will be required to work 5 days on site with no remote working available. 

This role is ideal for a bright, articulate first-jobber looking to transition into the world of Private PA work. You will work closely with a private family in a fast-paced, highly varied role that requires discretion, initiative, and strong intellectual capability.

You will oversee all core Private PA responsibilities, including:

• Complex diary and travel management

• Research projects and summarising documents/information

• Property administration and coordination

• Managing logistics, events, and entertainment

• Overseeing school calendars and family schedules

• Liaising with household and domestic staff

This role involves working from a private residence, alongside a wider household team.

Ideally suit:

• Recent graduate with a 2:1 or First-Class degree

• Excellent written and spoken English

• Highly organised with strong attention to detail

• Naturally articulate, quick-thinking, and emotionally mature

• Proactive, flexible, and calm under pressure

• Comfortable making decisions and thinking independently

• Interested in a long-term, secure position within a private household
