We are seeking an exceptional Executive Housekeeper to oversee a prestigious luxury estate located in a stunning rural setting in Italy.

This is a rare opportunity to lead housekeeping operations across 26 high-end residences within a large, state-of-the-art complex. The successful candidate will ensure impeccable standards of cleanliness, presentation, and guest service are maintained at all times—particularly during peak occupancy periods.

The Role:

You will be responsible for managing a dedicated team of2 Assistant Housekeepers, 20 Maids. Your leadership will be instrumental in delivering five-star standards across all residences.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily housekeeping operations across multiple luxury properties
• Lead, train, and motivate a large housekeeping team
• Maintain exceptional standards of cleanliness and presentation
• Conduct inspections and implement quality control procedures
• Coordinate rotas, schedules, and team workflow
• Ensure seamless service during high-occupancy and peak seasons
• Manage stock control and housekeeping supplies

Requirements:

• Fluency in Italian and English (essential)
• Proven experience in luxury housekeeping in a senior or executive role
• Experience managing villas or multiple high-end residences
• Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills
• Impeccable attention to detail
• Professionalism, discretion, and a hands-on approach
