We are seeking an exceptional Live-In Family Assistant / Senior Manny/ Governess to support a high-net-worth family based in Mayfair, London. This is a dynamic and rewarding role focused on the sporting, educational, and social development of two active teenage boys.

The ideal candidate will be energetic, resilient, and engaging, with a genuine passion for mentoring young people and helping them reach their full potential. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a supportive, well-structured household alongside other staff members, with the benefit of an excellent rota offering extended time off.

Responsibilities:

• Supporting the boys’ educational progress and tutoring where required

• Encouraging and overseeing sports, outdoor activities, and healthy routines

• Providing guidance, structure, and positive mentorship

• Assisting with social development and organising activities

• Offering pastoral care and emotional support

• Travelling with the family internationally when required

• Working collaboratively with other household staff

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a similar role (Family Assistant, Manny, Tutor, or Nanny)

• Strong academic and/or sporting background preferred

• Energetic, proactive, and confident with teenage boys

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

• High level of discretion and professionalism

• Flexible and adaptable, with a positive attitude

• Background in military, sports, or outdoor-focused lifestyle is highly desirable

• Australian and NZ candidates have been very successful employees in the past. The client is looking for candidates who love the outdoors and have a flexible, can-do attitude 

This is a Live-in role within a fully staffed, high-profile household with bed/bath accommodation on offer. Extensive international travel may be required during working weeks. Generous rota pattern offering 3 weeks off at a time.
