You’ll oversee a diverse team of up to 30 staff, from house managers and gardeners to decorators and maintenance experts. Working with ultra-high-net-worth clients, you’ll play a key role in maintaining exceptional operational standards, elevating property value through thoughtful refurbishment and restyling, and delivering a truly world-class experience to discerning guests.

Duties:

• Leading and inspiring a multidisciplinary team of up to 30 staff

• Building and nurturing strong, trusted relationships with property owners

• Driving continuous improvement across operations, standards, and processes

• Ensuring seamless day-to-day management of high-end properties

Ideally suit:

• 15+ years’ experience in a fast-paced, high-level managerial role working with UHNWIs

• Proven leadership experience managing teams (3+ years minimum)

• Fluency in both Italian and English

• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

• A natural flair for delivering outstanding service

• Strong administrative and financial confidence

• Sharp problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset

• Tech-savviness and attention to detail

• EU passport
