You’ll be managing a team of around 30 people, from house managers and gardeners to decorators and maintenance pros. It’s all about keeping things running smoothly, juggling priorities, and bringing out the best in your team.
You’ll also be working closely with ultra-high-net-worth clients, making sure their properties are run to the highest standards, continuously improved, and always delivering a top-tier experience.
If you’ve worked with luxury estates, UHNW clients, or in high-end hospitality, this could be a perfect next step.
What you’ll be doing:
- Leading and motivating a diverse team of up to 30 staff
- Building strong, trusted relationships with property owners
- Continuously improving standards, processes, and operations
- Overseeing the day-to-day running of luxury properties
What we’re looking for:
- Around 10-15 years’ experience in a senior, fast-paced role (ideally with UHNW clients)
- Proven leadership experience (at least 3 years managing teams)
- Fluent in both Italian and English
- Great communicator with strong people skills
- Naturally service-driven with high standards
- Confident with admin and finances
- A proactive problem-solver who stays calm under pressure
- Tech-savvy with strong attention to detail
- EU passport
