Fancy swapping your current routine for something a bit more exciting? This role is all about high-end living, leading a great team, and making Italy your new base.

We’re working with a forward-thinking, design-led company that really cares about quality and sustainability. They’re looking for someone to take the reins across a portfolio of stunning properties and make sure everything runs exactly as it should (or better).

You’ll be the go-to person overseeing a team of around 30—house managers, gardeners, maintenance, decorators—the whole mix. It’s a hands-on leadership role where you’ll set the tone, keep standards sky-high, and make sure everyone’s pulling in the same direction.

A big part of the job is dealing with ultra-high-net-worth clients, so confidence, discretion, and a natural sense of service are key. You’ll be making sure their homes are not just maintained, but constantly improved and running like clockwork.

What you’ll actually be doing:

• Leading a large, varied team and keeping things running smoothly
• Being the main point of contact for property owners
• Spotting ways to improve how things are done (and actually making it happen)
• Overseeing day-to-day operations across multiple luxury homes

You’ll probably be a good fit if you:

• Have solid senior-level experience (10–15 years or so) in a fast-paced, high-end environment
• Have managed teams before and enjoy it
• Speak both Italian and English fluently
• Are organised, calm under pressure, and naturally proactive
• Know how to deal with high expectations and demanding clients
• Are comfortable with budgets, admin, and systems
• Have an EU passport
