- Meeting contractors/interior designers/phones

- Post setting up the house – the role will scheduling personal appointments, running errands, booking restaurants, booking luxury travel, managing her personal affairs
Some ad hoc travel to Europe and US
Must be very good with tech/systems/wifi, strong attention to detail
Required Monday to Friday 9-5pm, occasional out of hours support
